Personal training at Apex is built around precision, safety, and individual attention.

This option is designed for clients who want (or need) a higher level of customization, closer supervision, and a training experience that adapts to them in real time.

Every session is guided by a coach whose full attention is on you.

Personal training is ideal if you:

  • Have past or current injuries

  • Are new to strength training and want a constant, watchful eye

  • Need individualized exercise selection

  • Want sessions adapted day-to-day based on how you feel

  • Prefer maximum feedback, correction, and coaching

  • Value more direct attention and focus from your trainer

We offer open Personal Training, as well as 1 on 1 Personal Training
