A: Metabolic strength training combines resistance training with strategic programming to keep your metabolism elevated long after the workout ends. It's more effective for fat loss and body composition than traditional cardio or bodybuilding-style training alone.

The 90-day timeframe is chosen specifically because it's long enough to produce real, lasting change.

Your coach will discuss continuation options, maintenance programming, or advanced phase goals during your final check-in.
