BUILD: Semi-Private Strength Training System
Every member trains at their own station with professional coaching and structured programming.
Learn how to get the most out of your training by using Machines, Cables, Bands, Barbells, Dumb Bells, Kettlebells and more!
To start each session is capped at: 1 coach : 5 members
That ratio is intentional. It creates:
Small groups (more attention from Coach)
Real-time form correction
Structured, intelligent progression
Intentional load and form execution
